LO2: Interactive media proposal

 For my product I am playing to cremate a website that talks about new anime episodes and new shows that come out in the future. My main target audience for this website would be 15-18 year olds, mainly male dominant but also open to all genders. It is only targeted at people who enjoy anime or want to get into it. Furthermore, the social grades for this product are C2 and above with the psychographics being explorers because of how anime is a very niche product where as over TV shows and movies are classed as mainstream. 

The main purpose for my website is to give information about current and upcoming anime's. This would also be a place for people to watch clips and look at images of different shows and characters, also it would be a chance for people to discuss and talk about their thoughts on a show or give their own recommendations. 

My website needs to able to give information when a new episode comes out and when a new show comes out, it also needs to be able to put each anime into its own respected category such as Science fiction or slice of life (romance). Another function my website would have is a blog page where it would give information on the new episode/show and a run down off the arch of the episode. 

Mainly I will be focusing my website to be built for computers and the web, this is mainly because it will be easier for the user to access and will be a lot simpler since older people also now how to use the web more then using a phone website. Furthermore, when thinking about client needs building it to be mainly for web use would be easier because then the client can put the website on their promotional material e.g. posters and leaflets.

The main reason why I am building this website is so people can have an interactive place to read about the latest anime news, play quizzes against their friends and watch the anime trailers. 

When thinking about what pages I am thinking about including in my website the first would be my homepage which would have the latest news and my latest review on, this is mainly for people to see what the website is about and get them to read my review so they can see another persons view on the latest trailers and episodes. Furthermore, the next page I want to include is the "What's new" page which will include the latest news from all across anime such as shone news, action news, romance news and etc.
