 Accessibility - Means people who have disabilities can access the same websites and products as easily as people who don't have any disabilities. 

The Equality Act was an act that was passed by parliament in 2010 and it means in the workplace you can't discriminate workers in any way. 

Website designers have to make sure the product is easily accessed for someone who has a disability 

What is accessibility? How easy is the product for people who are impaired and allows universal access. 

Some accessibility settings include things such as colour contrast (high contrast) for people who may find reading stuff in a low contrast hard. Another feature could be stick keys, this can be done by pressing the shift key five times this could help people who struggle with Parkinson's or have no hands.
